At MADDiesel.com, we stand by the quality of our tuners and guarantee that they will function as intended. If a tuner is deemed faulty and cannot be fixed, we will replace it.

Definition of a Faulty Tuner:

A tuner is considered faulty if it meets any of the following conditions:

• It does not turn on.
• It is damaged beyond usability during transit.
• It does not perform a basic function due to a manufacturer defect (e.g., non-functional buttons, a malfunctioning screen, or defective cables preventing proper connection to the device).

What Does Not Qualify as a Faulty Tuner:

Custom tuning and software adjustments may occasionally cause a tuner to display an error code. This does not indicate a faulty tuner, nor does it qualify the product for a replacement or refund.

If an error occurs, customers must contact our tech support team, who will work to resolve the issue remotely. In most cases, these errors are minor and can be fixed with troubleshooting steps.

While most tuners install software without any issues, occasional installation errors may require adjustments. These do not classify the product as faulty, but rather as common, fixable issues that our tech support team is available to assist with.
