Coverage includes:

- Lost or stolen packages

- Shipping damage (including crushed or opened boxes)

- Missing items due to carrier error

If an issue occurs, our team will work quickly to resolve it with a replacement.

Note: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Shipping Protection does not cover delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs holds.
